As I am sure you have probably heard, Disney will be offering “Limited Time Magic” throughout Disneyland and Walt Disney World in 2013. Here are some of the details for this special event, along with a tease of what to expect throughout the year.
Make Some Time for Magic
In every life, there are special times. The times we’ll always remember. The times we look forward to. The times we laugh with family and friends, take a little girl for her first spin in a teacup, or shake hands with a hero. And this year, Disney wants to make sure that Guests have more of those special times than ever, with “surprise and delight” experiences introduced each week.
In 2013, Guests at the Disney Parks will experience something extra-special, thanks to Limited Time Magic – 52 weeks of magical experiences big and small that appear, then disappear as the other special experiences debut. Think of Limited Time Magic as a little extra Pixie Dust to make the time you spend together that much more magical, and the memories you take home everlasting.
And to put those magical experiences within reach, Disney Online is offering the Disney Time Sweepstakes – every day in January, one lucky winner will win a trip to his/her choice of Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort. And not just any trip, because there are five different experiences to choose from, so the winners can pick the experience of their dreams. Limited-Time Magic
Imagine an Independence Day celebration that lasts an entire week, or a Friday the 13th dance party with Disney Villains that lasts to the 13th hour. Or how about a True Love Week with romantic surprises wherever you go? Every week in 2013, the Disney Parks will offer something special, unexpected, and downright magical to Guests. You might encounter lesser-known Disney Characters who are happy to pose with you for a pic you’ll always treasure, or perhaps chalk artists using the Parks as a canvas for their amazing creations. Every week will bring something new – and every experience will be fleeting, because the following week it just might be gone for good.
Although we’ve gotten some hints, the majority of the Limited-Time Magic experiences are still surprises. The experience of the week will be announced at LimitedTimeMagic.com, so keep an eye peeled.
